Sap business analyst (procure to pay)

• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop technical specifications specific to Procure-to-Pay processes
• Configure SAP MM and FI modules for Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payment
• Integrate P2P processes with other modules such as SAP SD, SAP WM, and SAP FICO for seamless data flow
• Validate solutions through rigorous testing (unit, integration, UAT)
• Serve as an escalation point for complex P2P issues and provide advanced troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements in procurement and payment processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Audit
• Stay updated on SAP innovations like S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, and Vendor Invoice Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• MBA preferred
• 5 to 7 years of SAP ECC implementation experience
• S/4HANA transformation experience desired
• Proven track record in procurement and finance processes for global enterprises
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage small projects or processes independently
• Expertise in data analysis, data reporting, and data validation
• Experience in leading functional activities related to large ERP implementations
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM business processes and modules
• Broad understanding of the workings and requirements of multiple businesses within the organization
• Independently drive functional activities related to large ERP implementations
• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope
• Integrate SAP MM modules with other logistics modules such as SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP WM to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency
• Maintain the Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments, supporting reviews with the Change Audit Board (CAB), and following company guidelines
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented SAP MM solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM solutions with business processes

Prior experience in SAP EWM and WMS integration is preferred
