Manage and expand North American channels in the consumer 3D printing industry according to company strategy, while taking responsibility for sales performance and market promotion.

Industry insight: gain deep understanding of the consumer-grade 3D printing industry and competitive landscape
company strategy: deeply understand the company's strategy and underlying logic
business planning: develop North American regional business plans based on departmental performance requirements, breaking them down to specific channels and customers
market expansion: build national-level distribution networks and large KA channels combining online and offline business models, while being responsible for sales performance
market promotion: formulate corresponding activity plans for brand exhibitions, collaborative exhibitions, new product releases, and promotional events in North America
sales management: quarterly review the client dynamic situation and adjust relevant strategies on sales, products, and events.
要求:
Have an international perspective, overseas study or expatriate experience, 3-5 years of independent market development experience
bachelor's degree or above, majors in international trade, business administration, language-related fields
strong cross-cultural communication skills and customer relationship management capabilities
experience in developing large distributors or KA channels in the US market is preferred
sensitive market insight and good cross-departmental collaboration skills
English proficiency: CET-6/TEM-4/8
good communication and problem-solving skills, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
