职位职责

战略制定与修订：根据宏观经济环境、行业政策和集团战略定位，协助完成整体发展战略方向研究、战略制订和修订更新中长期战略规划，并定期撰写有建设性、综合性的分析报告，为公司相关战略管理提供决策支持；战略管理：协助指导、审核各项目公司制定发展战略，并推动规划目标的分解与落实。协助制定项目短中长期战略投资策略，优化完善项目战略版图和业务生态体系；专题研究：阶段性输出中宏观研究成果，包括宏观市场环境、区域市场形势、区域拉通同行竞争策略等，形成对市场独立、客观的基本判断。协同完成进行中观研究方法论研发并落地。完成业务中重点关注的各类专题研究；日常研究：开展日常数据分析、投资研究工作。动态跟进城市土地市场、销售市场及主要同行动态

Experience in testing Web or Mobile projects, specifically in marketing, payment systems, or related domains
Experience testing utility-based products

Ability to perform preliminary issue localization through packet sniffing and log analysis

Communicate with the development team to assist in resolving product defects and technical issues
Track and manage issues identified during the testing process to ensure timely resolution
