职位职责:

  • 管理并深化与公司顶级战略客户的长期合作伙伴关系
  • 制定并执行年度大客户业务计划,确保营收和利润指标达成
  • 识别客户在精密加工或耐磨领域的痛点,提供整合性方案
  • 协调研发、生产和技术支持部门,确保大客户项目的高标准交付
  • 主导复杂的合同谈判及价格协议签署,管理长期供应风险
  • 监控市场竞争和行业趋势,为公司策略提供深度市场洞察
  • 分析销售数据,定期向区域管理层汇报大客户业务健康度

要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,机械工程、材料科学或金属加工等相关专业
  • 5年以上工业B2B领域的大客户销售或KAM经验
  • 必须熟悉数控刀具、硬质合金或机械制造行业知识
  • 具备卓越的商业敏锐度、战略规划和跨部门领导能力
  • 优秀的商务谈判和高层客户关系维护能力
  • 流利的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
  • 能够适应频繁出差,并具备较强的结果导向意识
