Speak 台灣團隊正在尋找一位 網紅合作行銷經理（Influencer Marketing Manager），將負責並擴展 Speak 在台灣的網紅行銷策略。此職位將在網紅合作及策略上扮演重要角色，工作內容包括：建立可規模化的成功操作手冊，透過數據解讀推動達成高效成果，並發揮關鍵作用。你將負責塑造我們與網紅的合作方式、持續迭代並嘗試新方法，並建立成功範例，推動 2026 年及未來的快速成長。

职位职责:

  • Develop and execute a scalable influencer playbook for Taiwan, positioning influencers as a core marketing channel
  • Drive operational excellence and creative quality in influencer campaigns, ensuring high-impact collaborations
  • Test and experiment with various content formats, platforms, and media types to optimize performance
  • To establish and align measurement frameworks that cover the full funnel metrics from awareness to conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies, managing a diverse and high-quality pool of partners
  • Embed best-performing strategies into always-on operations to maximize efficiency and ROI

要求:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing with proven expertise in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan’s influencer ecosystem and collaboration mechanics
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure while managing multiple projects
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in growth experiments and ROI measurement
  • Fluency in business English
  • communicating with the global team at Speak on a daily level should not be a blocker to get things done

  • Experience with measurement strategies and their execution in influencer marketing
  • Background in start-ups or fast-paced environments
