We are seeking a strategic HR Leader to spearhead our Human Resources function and drive people strategies that deliver a tangible impact on organizational development. This role is responsible for designing and implementing HR solutions that align with business goals while fostering a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

Strategic HR Management: Partner closely with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that support company growth and organizational evolution
Org Design & Culture Building: Lead culture-related initiatives to enhance cross-regional collaboration and cultivate a high-performance, inclusive atmosphere
Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for key positions and build a compelling employer brand
HR Infrastructure: Establish and optimize compliant, scalable HR policies, processes, and systems, drawing on best practices from high-growth startups
Performance & Development: Design and implement frameworks for performance evaluation, compensation planning, employee development, and retention
要求:
5+ years of HR management experience in fast-paced global tech companies or startups
Proven track record of successfully scaling an organization from early-stage (<100 employees) to mid-size (300+ employees), including team building and HR system setup
Extensive experience in organizational management, culture building, and managing cross-timezone, cross-cultural teams
Deep expertise in the recruitment and retention of talent for critical roles
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
