Cs uir assistant engineer

• Execute installation and relocation of various EUV/DUV/YS lithography systems
• Ensure timely completion and exceed customer quality expectations
• Respond to changing market demands
• Perform material handling: receive, inspect, and verify materials, tools, and parts
• Perform system operation: execute system qualification tests (SQ), system acceptance tests (SAT), assist lead engineers with machine adjustment and qualification (MAQ) and mechanical integration (MI)
• Provide administrative support: machine progress handover, work order follow-up, clear problem description, execute perfect material return (PMR)
• Comply with requirements: work in cleanroom and adhere to customer's strict safety and PIP specifications
• Execute standard assembly, repair, and upgrades per procedures
• Support recovery work in UIR activities, monitor progress and follow procedures
• Perform basic troubleshooting (e.g., power cycle)
• Strictly adhere to ASML work instructions and operating specifications
• Maintain knowledge of ASML processes and procedures
• Review CBT and process information
• Proactively consult senior engineers to accelerate problem solving
• Identify damaged or missing materials and report
• Ensure ASML intellectual property security (locking, sealing, laptop and tool storage)
• Provide feedback on procedures and processes
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities and report
• Record and package problem-related data to ensure smooth handover
• Submit material notifications, witness reports, and other feedback documents with high quality
• Verbally update customers on system progress and completed operations
• Always act as a representative of ASML

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Semiconductor-related experience is preferred
• 0–5 years of work experience
• Basic English oral and written communication skills
• Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Level B license
• Ability to travel flexibly based on business needs
• Ability to work shifts (including night shifts) or weekend support based on project schedule

Semiconductor-related experience is preferred
