我们正在寻找一位充满激情与远见的行业精英，来领导并亲自搭建我们的全新求职辅导部门。该部门将专注于为有志于进入金融领域，尤其是顶尖投行方向的求职者提供一站式解决方案。我们期待您不仅具备深厚的金融行业背景，还拥有在顶尖投行或顶尖金融求职辅导机构的成功工作经验，能够引领我们的团队从零开始，迅速建立起高效、专业的服务体系。

职位职责:

  • 部门规划与搭建：负责制定求职辅导部门的整体战略规划，包括团队建设、服务流程设计、课程体系构建等，确保部门从无到有，高效运作
  • 招生策略制定与执行：设计并执行有效的招生策略，吸引并筛选高质量的金融求职意向学员，包括但不限于线上营销、渠道合作、品牌宣传等
  • 课程开发与优化：根据市场需求及学员反馈，联合内外部专家资源，开发并持续优化金融求职辅导课程，涵盖但不限于案例分析、技能提升、面试技巧等
  • 师资团队建设与管理：招募并管理一支由行业专家、资深顾问组成的师资团队，确保教学质量与学员满意度
  • 求职辅导与职业规划：亲自或指导团队为学员提供个性化的求职策略、简历修改、模拟面试等全方位求职辅导，助力学员成功进入目标金融机构
  • 市场洞察与产品迭代：密切关注金融行业动态及求职市场变化，及时调整服务内容与方向，保持产品竞争力

要求:

  • 金融、经济、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历，国内外顶尖高校毕业者优先
  • 拥有至少3年以上在顶尖投行（如高盛、摩根士丹利等）或知名金融求职辅导机构的工作经验
  • 成功案例丰富，熟悉金融行业的招聘流程、标准及趋势
  • 具备深厚的金融专业知识，熟悉金融市场运作机制及金融产品
  • 具备出色的数据分析能力，能够精准把握市场需求
  • 具备卓越的领导力，能够激发团队潜能，带领团队实现目标
  • 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力
  • 保持对行业动态的敏感度，勇于创新，不断学习和吸收新知识、新技能
  • 流利的中文及英文听说读写能力，能够无障碍地进行国际交流
