We’re looking for a Brand and Content Marketer to own and elevate Speak’s external voice in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, building customer trust, and growing our community through Owned Social channels (Instagram, Threads, and emerging platforms). You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving impactful brand campaigns, localized storytelling, and measurable growth on social media.

Develop and execute Owned Social strategies, with clear goals, timelines, KPIs, and investment rationale backed by data
Lead campaign planning and execution, including word-of-mouth initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 brand goals
Experiment with social content, launching various tests to refine messaging, formats, and engagement tactics
Track and analyze performance, extracting insights to inform iteration and improve ROI on brand investments
Shape and deliver brand narratives, ensuring consistency across channels and resonance with local audiences
要求:
2+ years of experience in brand and owned social marketing, with proven results in driving measurable impact
Strong storytelling ability to shape compelling narratives across multiple channels
Data fluency to evaluate brand performance, interpret results, and optimize investments
Experience in content planning and execution, with a track record of successful social activations
Operates with high ownership and independence in fast-changing environments
Fluency in business English
communicating with the global team at Speak on a daily level should not be a blocker to get things done
