SmartOSC is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (AM) to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be nurturing, managing, and expanding our partnerships within the Banking and Fintech sectors. You will act as the key strategic advisor and trusted bridge between our Tier-1 financial clients and our internal delivery teams—driving customer retention, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring our services deliver maximum value.

Relationship Management: Maintain, deepen, and manage strong relationships across all existing and potential customer accounts to maximize retention and lifetime value
Account Penetration: Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders, develop innovative penetration methods, and review account health during monthly review alignment meetings
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of Fintech trends, technology demands, and competitive pricing frameworks
Financial Accountability: Analyze account profitability monthly, actively applying smart business acumen to optimize trading margins and consistently achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals
Deal Structuring: Craft tailored proposals, negotiate complex commercial terms, and implement contractual agreements with a focus on strong financial and legal results
Tender Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams to complete successfully and submit high-value tenders for large enterprise accounts
Internal Alignment: Maintain transparent, regular, and constructive communication with internal engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Communication Strategy: Establish and maintain effective communication strategies across business functions to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
Yêu cầu
5+ years in account management or client-facing roles in IT services/ digital transformation
Must have a proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing high-value accounts within Banks and Tier-1 Financial Institutions
Demonstrated, deep understanding of Fintech, Digital Payments, Digital Lending Solutions, or relevant banking software architectures
A proven track record of account growth and client retention
Exceptional communication, enterprise-level presentation, and contract negotiation skills
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and rigidly result-oriented with a sharp eye for profitability
Outstanding emotional intelligence with an innate ability to connect, collaborate, and build trust with cross-border teams and C-level executives
Strong ability to nurture client relationships and identify organic upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
