As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives for large-scale enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving delivery excellence through effective collaboration, risk management, and continuous process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the growth of SmartOSC’s presence in Korea.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and performance
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives
Actively participate in client meetings to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
Continuously refine and implement delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality
Drive innovation and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or delivery roles in IT/digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with a minimum of 50 people
Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level
Strong understanding of project management principles
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure
Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high client satisfaction
Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency within delivery teams
