Business Development Associate

• Provide service and sales excellence in identifying and meeting the needs of the WPB customers to meet and exceed business sales targets by delivering sales results for the core products and cross-sell
• Provide critical support to the sales team to achieve sales excellence
• Process post-application and sales process with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery of customer service and sales
• Manage all dealership incentive in a timely manner
• Manage the reporting elements and generate trends, analysis, key statistics, reports, and data to help improve overall efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of Mobile Sales
• Provide support to the RBWM business by actively and reactively assisting customers for account enquiries and ongoing account maintenance
• Support the Sales team on investigation items
• Act as Customer interface with Service Delivery
• Assist line managers in highlighting process deficiencies and recommendations
• Contribute to work improvement to automate, centralize, and migrate processes to ensure high efficiency
• Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk.

• Min diploma holder with 1 year work experience in relevant field
• Independent worker with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good time management
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Good communication skill
• Strong capacity to handle details and workflow processes efficiently and effectively
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office (esp Word and Excel)
• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Having bilingual capability (English/Mandarin) will have an added advantage.
