How does the CrawlJobs AI Crawler work?
The crawler visits the careers page you provide, reads the listings using language models trained on hundreds of different ATS layouts, and indexes structured data: title, location, salary, requirements, etc. It runs daily so new offers appear automatically.
Do I have to manually paste job offers?
Depends on the plan. With a subscription, you publish jobs only on your own site or in your ATS - the crawler picks them up. With a single listing you enter the content directly through our form, no website crawling involved.
How long until a new offer is indexed?
Typically within 24 hours of publishing on your site. The crawler runs every day.
Is my ATS supported?
If your jobs are on a public web page, yes. The crawler is layout-agnostic and works with Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Personio, SmartRecruiters, custom systems, and plain HTML pages.
What languages will my jobs appear in?
In whichever language you originally publish them on your site - the crawler indexes the content as-is. CrawlJobs has 20 interface languages so candidates from different countries can find your listings via search and filters, but the listing body stays in the source language. To make the same listing available in another language, you can buy an AI translation copy from the dashboard - billed as a separate listing per (language, country) cell.
How much does it cost?
Subscription plans start at $400 (Starter, 30 days, 100 listings). Premium (90 days) and Pro plans cover larger hiring volumes. Single-listing pricing is also available, with locale and country-specific rates set by us.
Can I buy a single listing instead of a subscription?
Yes. Single-listing pricing varies by the locale of the listing and the target country. Reach out or check our plan picker for current rates.
How long does account approval take?
Usually one business day. We check that the company is real (tax ID or equivalent) and that the careers URL is reachable and indexable.
Are job offers translated automatically?
Not automatically and not by default. The crawler indexes content in the original language and that is the language candidates see it in. From the company dashboard you can pay for an AI translation of a specific listing - the copy lands in the target language version and is billed as a separate listing (price depends on the language + country pair).
Can I change my careers page URL later?
Yes. Update it from the company panel. The next crawl picks up the new URL.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops auto-renewal. Listings already indexed remain visible until the end of the paid period.
Where will my jobs appear?
On CrawlJobs.com in the language version your listing is published in (and in additional language versions if you buy AI translation copies), in country-specific catalogs, and in our partner integrations (AI Overviews, search engines, partner portals).
What if my site is not crawlable?
If your careers page blocks crawlers, returns errors, or hides jobs behind authentication, we will tell you during the approval check and propose either a manual fix or the single-listing option.
Can I add a logo and company description?
Yes. The company panel lets you upload a logo and edit the description in any of the 20 languages.
Are my company data (tax ID, address) public?
Tax ID is used only for verification and never published. Address and contact info are visible only if you choose to display them on your public profile.
