We are looking for a Billing Support Team Lead to raise the bar of results together.
Обов’язки:
End-to-End Ownership of Billing Quality: ensure correctness of decisions in working with refunds, chargebacks, fraud cases and risks
monitor compliance with processes and standards
build a system that maintains high quality even with increased workload and product changes
Quality Improvement & Process Insight: search for systemic problems and root causes
conduct training and workshops to improve billing ops expertise
update and improve criteria, guides and flows
initiatives for optimization and preventive actions
Automation Logic & Hands-on Optimization: work with the logic of autoreplies, triggers, macros, auto-sort conditions
analyze processes before and after automation
AI Exploration & Practical Use Cases: research and implementation of AI solutions in billing and QC processes
analyze where AI can reduce manual workload, test hypotheses and practical use cases
Technical Roadmap Contribution: actively participate in the formation of the technical roadmap
describe technical requests to external teams, interact with analysts and developers
Cross-Team Collaboration: regularly work with requests from various stakeholders: operations, product, tech, risk, finance.
Вимоги:
Basic Knowledge of Billing & Payments: understanding of online payments, payment flows, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud cases, SLA and risks
People management: at least 2 years of people management experience, ability to set expectations, give regular feedback, conduct 1-1 meetings, develop expertise, work with performance and complex cases
System Thinking & Result-Oriented Approach: ability to identify inefficient processes, recurring errors and root causes, propose process or technical changes
Autonomy & Ownership: high level of responsibility and ability to independently move tasks from problem identification to solution proposal and result control
Comfortable in a Dynamic Environment: ability to prioritize, adapt quickly and maintain focus on quality under deadline pressure
English Proficiency (B1+): practical English at B1 level and above (speaking & writing)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: ability to build interaction with stakeholders at the intersection of product, compliance, support and tech.

Previous experience in billing or payments
Confident use of Zendesk, Notion, Google sheets and Tableau
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Zapier) to optimize business processes.
