Billing Support is a team of payment specialists that is dynamically developing and evolving. We work remotely, consult users from different parts of the world on payment issues, investigate interesting cases like real detectives, and improve our expertise in online payments to perform even more effectively.
Обов’язки:
Communicate with English-speaking clients via calls, chats, and tickets regarding payment issues
Resolve complex queries escalated from first-line support
Work preventively with fraud (fraud) on the platform
Monitor the payment infrastructure in real time, detect anomalous errors, drops in payment processing, etc.
Develop professional skills through training and lectures for further career growth
Вимоги:
Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B1+), both spoken and written
Willingness to work night shifts (19:00-3:00)
Experience working with customers via phone, email, chats, and/or live
Experience working with online payments
Basic understanding of how the online payments sector works
Experience with fraud and chargebacks is a plus
Initiative and organization
Analytical and investigative mindset
Desire to learn and develop in IT
