Managing and driving the OEM, Renewables, Oil&Gas business segments and lead the team. Developing relationships with existing and potential customers and maximising sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinating the entire sales chain and preparing action plans to achieve sales targets in line with the plan (sales turnover / profitability / payment terms). Monitoring the market and competitors, gathering information about competitors and products in new markets and channels, enabling new formations in these markets. Monitoring receivables and credit risk. Ensuring the flow of information between customers. Solving problems with technical, logistical and financial assistance for identified customers, providing consultancy when necessary. Working in coordination and harmony with other departments, making customer visits and determining customer needs and producing solutions.

Gereksinimler:
BS degree in Engineering or Economics or Administrative Sciences
Minimum 5 years experience and strong competence in OEM, Renewables and Oil&Gas sector
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
MS Office Applications knowledge, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is an asset
Good co-operation and interactions skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proactive, accountable, and independent working style
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand needs
Focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
