İş Sorumlulukları

Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense bulk color material into designated sample containers in accordance with approved SOP’s while maintaining full compliance with GMP requirements and quality systems
Ensure all samples are properly labeled with required information, including product name, batch/lot number, date, and traceability identifiers
Complete all required documentation accurately and in real time, including batch records, sample logs, and deviation report when applicable
Verify material type, identity, and condition prior to sampling
Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment to prevent cross-contamination
Immediately report any deviations, nonconformances, or quality concerns to supervisor or Quality Assurance
Adhere to safety policies, including proper use of PPE and handling of cosmetic pigments, powders, and liquid colorants
Pick, pack, and ship sample requests within the requested time frame ensuring regulatory compliance
Cycle-count all inventory associated with the sample room
Provides back up for other Sample Room functions, Sample Coordinator, and Sample Technician positions

Provide technical support to the quality and quality engineering functions
Perform a variety of laboratory wet chemical tests using written methods and procedures
Use of general laboratory equipment including pipets, burets, KF titrator, colorimeter, UV-Vis, and analytical balances
Approve, adjust, and reject samples, following product guidelines and specifications
Record results on every sample analyzed using lab software and databases
Participate in Gage R&R and other statistical studies of QC methods
