İş Sorumlulukları:
Manage new customer acquisition in target regions and segments, deep project management with existing customers, and technical solution provision and commercialization processes
Design and implement business development opportunities to increase market share and profitability
Conduct market analysis, evaluate competition, and develop effective sales strategies
Create new markets, projects, and potential customers, identifying needs and developing sales projects
Continuously update details such as opportunities, customer contact information, and offers in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure understanding and meeting of customer needs
Plan meetings with customers, prepare reports, offers, and presentations within the framework of sales activities.
Gereksinimler:
Preferably a graduate from universities in Industrial, Chemical, Materials, or Polymer Engineering
Preferably holds a master's degree in Business or Marketing
Experience in business development within sectors served by engineering plastics or potential to develop in this field
Minimum expected years of experience is 5 years of sector experiences and 10 years of total working experiences
Advanced and proven customer usage material knowledge and project management experience in the field of engineering plastics, particularly in the automotive or white goods sectors
Communication skills to establish relationships with R&D and other relevant departments
Mastery of technical sales cycles such as product validation, sample processes, and customer testing protocols, with strong technical and commercial acumen
A proactive, research-oriented, and results-driven approach
Preferably proficient in ERP (Canias etc.) and CRM usage with effective use of technological communication tools
Advanced English proficiency and preferably knowledge of a second language.
