Our client is a global industrial company operating in the manufacturing and materials processing sector, serving international markets with specialized technology solutions.
İş Sorumlulukları:
Act as the primary contact for trade unions and workplace representatives
Lead and support collective bargaining agreement (Toplu İş Sözleşmesi - TİS) negotiations and renewal processes
Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements
Support grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution processes
Advise leadership on labor relations risks, workforce sentiment, and union engagement strategies
Provide day-to-day support on employee relations matters including disciplinary processes, investigations, performance and conduct issues, and attendance management
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership and line managers
Support workforce communications and employee engagement initiatives
Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness
Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law (4857), social security regulations (SGK), and related employment legislation
Monitor changes in labor legislation and advise HR leadership on potential impacts
Support government inspections, audits, and labor authority inquiries
Coordinate with internal and external legal advisors when required
Partner closely with HR leadership to implement labor relations and HR strategies
Support regional and global HR initiatives at the site level
Prepare reports, documentation, and data related to labor relations, employee cases, and union activities
Participate in training programs for managers on labor relations and employee management
Gereksinimler:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field
Strong command of English for regional and global coordination
Solid knowledge of Turkish labor legislation and union relations practices
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to travel when required
