Provide high level executive support to the General Manager including calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation
Act as a point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports and internal communications
Track key actions, projects and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Gereksinimler:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior level executives, preferably in a global environment
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
