Our client is a company in healthcare services. They mainly specialized in specialty medicines and contribute to unmet needs by offering healthcare providers access to unique treatment alternatives for medical challenges patients face today.

İş Sorumlulukları:

  • End-to-end Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Create and manage regulatory artwork for pharmaceutical labelling (primary/secondary packaging, PILs, SMPCs), with regulatory team support when required
  • Design digital and print marketing materials for product launches, campaigns, and brand awareness
  • Develop event collateral including booth designs, banners, conference materials, and promotional items
  • Design and maintain websites and micro-sites aligned with Ideogen brand guidelines
  • Creating mock-ups, prototyping, and rapid iteration via using Figma and Canva as primary design tools
  • Leverage generative AI tools current image and video generation models (Veo 3 , Sora 2 , Midjourney, Flux , Nanobanana etc.) first drafts, mood boards, and creative inspiration.
  • Will have large input into the desired workflow components , The JTBD, and the sequence of events
  • Brand alignment: Ability to maintain and evolve brand consistency across all outputs

Gereksinimler:

  • Portfolio: Demonstrated body of work across digital, print
  • Figma proficiency: Strong competency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
  • familiarity with Figma AI features for design generation and automation
  • Canva (and or Gamma) proficiency: Skilled in using Canva for rapid mock-ups, social media assets, and marketing materials
  • ability to leverage Magic Design and AI-powered tools
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (complementary to Figma/Canva)
  • Generative AI fluency: Demonstrated experience using multiple AI image generators (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) for ideation, first drafts, and creative exploration
  • Advanced AI design prompt engineering: Ability to craft effective, detailed prompts for generative tools to maximize output quality and relevance
  • Motion graphics/video editing: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI video tools
  • 3D visualization: Ability to create product mock-ups, packaging renders, or exhibition visuals
  • Data visualization: Ability to create infographics and visual summaries of clinical or scientific data
  • Typography and layout: Strong skills in creating visually compelling, accessible designs for both digital and print
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English for collaboration with global teams
  • Manage multiple projects across Europe with varying deadlines
  • Adaptability, entrepreneurship and a continuous learning mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills with related departments to translate complex scientific/marketing messaging into visual assets
