Employee (no income tax + Social Security + Universal Social Levy)
- There is no personal income tax in Anguilla.
- Social Security: employee 5.5% and employer 5.5% (11% total).
- Universal Social Levy (formerly Interim Stabilisation Levy): 3% of gross for employees earning over XCD 2,000/month, on remuneration up to XCD 12,000/month. The employer matches 3%.
- Net = gross - employee Social Security - Universal Social Levy.
