• Teaching other subjects within the natural resource program based on the applicant's competence
• Planning and collaborating with the Garden work team
• Participating in systematic quality work, value-based work and pedagogical development
• Mentorship

• Knowledge and experience in landscaping and work with excavators
• Vocational teacher degree is preferred
• Good collaboration skills
• Clear leader in the classroom
• Ability to adapt to different situations and create engagement and participation
• Ability to see opportunities for integration between subject areas as well as theory and practice
• B driver's license is a requirement
