Workplace Event Coordinator position at Ingka AB, supporting employees and customers at three offices with best possible service and support within Events and large meetings. Part of a team that drives and helps each other while also working independently in a changing environment.

Jobbansvar:

Support, coordinate, book and follow up bookings of large meeting rooms
Create, coordinate and follow up individual events at local, regional and global level
Support KITCHEN and/or external suppliers with coordination of evening events
Identify needs to proactively develop new routines and ways of working
Maintain and update events information page in SharePoint
Create communications such as meeting invitations, participant lists and email distribution

Excellent planning and coordination skills
Follows deadlines
Education in Event-, Meeting- and Conference management or similar, or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint and Teams
Effective communication in both speech and writing in English and Swedish
High attention to detail
Relationship builder
Ability to prioritize and plan work
Problem solver with positive attitude
