Visual Merchandiser/Activity Co-worker role at IKEA Kållered includes a wide variety of assignments and tasks, with physical work ranging from laying out carpets and moving sofas to climbing ladders for lighting installation. The role focuses on creating inspiring product presentations to improve people's home lives.

Jobbansvar:

Create and present IKEA's product range to inspire and improve people's lives at home
Drive and develop the business together with other functions at the store to achieve growth and create an even more competitive IKEA
Physical work including laying out carpets, moving sofas, climbing ladders to fix lighting and screw things up

Krav:

Relevant education in visual merchandising
Experience presenting product ranges in a commercial and visually appealing way in the retail industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience using computer as a work tool
Experience with Revit drawing program and office programs is meritorious
Sharp eye for commerciality
Eye for color & form
Passion and interest for home furnishing, trends and our product range
Ability to work at a high pace with quick changes and reprioritization
Strong will to achieve results and make things happen
Driven, outgoing, self-motivated and good at collaboration
Love for hands-on work on all customer surfaces
