• Develop and implement the museum's guided tour activities
• Compile and disseminate tour materials to colleagues and city guides
• Train and schedule the museum's museum hosts
• Formulate, coordinate, and execute the museum's offerings for the prioritized target group of children and young people, through both program activities and the municipality's Culture Catalog aimed at schools
• Participate in the art museum's working groups for upcoming exhibitions, offerings in the museum shop, and the editorial group
• Participate in working groups and networks in the Culture House, Borås city, and the region
• Work some evenings and weekends, e.g., in hosting duties and during vernissages or other program activities

• University/college degree in art or art history
• Documented experience in hosting and art pedagogical work
• Very good knowledge of contemporary art and the contemporary art scene's offerings and development of art pedagogical activities, participatory processes, and program activities
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others within and outside the art museum
• Pleasant demeanor and ability to create good relationships with both visitors and colleagues
• Creative and social person with great attentiveness and particular interest in art mediation for children and young people
• Idea-rich and performs tasks in a careful and structured way
• Must be able to express oneself very well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
