Outside Sales role for IKEA for Business in Uddevalla, working with varied workdays between the store, customer meetings on-site, digital customer meetings, and daily communication via phone and email. The team consists of inside sales, outside sales, customer responsible, and business interior designers who create unique, inspiring, and comfortable meetings with both new and existing business customers.

Jobbansvar:

  • Create and develop relationships with new business customers
  • Sell our services
  • Secure a customer experience that exceeds business customer expectations
  • Create long-term collaborations with business customers and partners
  • Actively seek out and qualify new relevant business customers via phone, email, and personal meetings
  • Book customer meetings and present quotes
  • Build trusting relationships with new customers
  • Provide relevant activities to develop relationships and sales with new customers
  • Responsible for customer experience from start to finish
  • Use CRM system to develop efficient working methods throughout the sales process

Krav:

  • Passion for relationship-building sales
  • Experience working proactively and initiating dialogue with new customers
  • Ability to offer relevant solutions and service to new IKEA business customers
  • Developed personal leadership and takes responsibility for task execution
  • Structured, thorough, and motivated to develop and challenge existing working methods
  • Ability to use colleagues' experience and expertise
  • Analytical ability
  • Good knowledge of presenting, quoting, and negotiating
  • B driver's license required
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or equivalent is meritorious
  • Experience with service sales and/or business customers is meritorious
