The Social Care Administration in Borås Stad is responsible for the municipality's disability services and social psychiatry, as well as health and medical care efforts for these target groups. The administration has about 1000 employees and 45 managers. We are in an exciting phase where development and change work has a major focus with the aim of improving quality for those we exist for.
Jobbansvar:
Receive and administer orders for personnel for both short-term absence and longer-term substitutes
Staff planning for temporary personnel
Serve the operations' needs by planning and prioritizing personnel
Have dialogue with both managers and employees
Communicate with and support hourly employees in work-related matters
Promote Borås Stad's employer brand
Identify personnel who work well in the city's operations
Krav:
Ongoing higher education (university studies)
Good IT skills
Ability to express oneself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language
