• Guide and support participants based on the needs of the tasks at hand
• Responsible for documentation and follow-up of the implementation plan

• Completed Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet, Barn- och fritidsprogrammet with a focus on social or pedagogical work, or other education and experience deemed suitable by the employer
• B driver's license (B-körkort) is a requirement
• Good computer skills to handle administrative tasks
• Experience working with disabilities is preferred
• Good health as the work is both physically and mentally demanding
• Personal suitability is highly valued
