Staffing & Recruitment Assistant

• Work with the entire recruitment process – from advertising to employment
• Work strategically with search and headhunting primarily on LinkedIn to identify and recruit leading talents
• All administration related to our recruitment processes and consultant care: e.g., selection, giving feedback to candidates, booking interviews, contract writing, making employer certificates and salary management

• Studying within HR, behavioral science, economics or similar – and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies (earliest graduation June 2027)
• Previous experience in service, customer contact or similar where you have taken your own responsibility and initiative
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Driven by achieving high goals in collaboration with our recruitment managers
• Friendly, humble and trustworthy in your approach
• Goal-oriented and ambitious
• Flexible and works structured and takes responsibility for delivering results
• Reliable, organized and social, with good stress tolerance and ability to handle pressured situations in a calm and enduring way
