The Senior Manager Real Estate Development is responsible for ensuring that Circle K and Ingo have an infrastructure with attractive marketplaces that can meet our customer offering in both the short and long term. The role involves building new sales locations and developing and managing the existing network of 742 sales locations. The team works based on network plans, societal development, and customers' future demands and needs to develop the network with the goal of having the best locations in the market.

Jobbansvar:

Lead and develop the business within Real Estate Development
Personnel responsibility for four real estate developers
Responsible for network development, future network plans and development of existing marketplaces including investment and profitability work
Find new attractive locations
Responsible for all leasehold issues and agreements (purchase, sale, leases and rents)
Contact with municipalities, property owners and other organizations in the industry

Krav:

Relevant university or college education
Several years of industry experience
Genuine interest in real estate, business, and trade development
Basic knowledge of contract and property law
Good negotiation skills
Ability to act as a demander internally and externally
Ability to conduct both operational and strategic work
Proficiency in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Experience from the retail industry and property ownership side is meritorious
Project management experience and experience working with cross-functional projects is meritorious
