Senior Group Business Controller

• Drive and develop processes for forecasts and financial strategic planning
• Develop management reporting and goal management with a focus on value creation
• Conduct financial analyses and market assessments adapted to the economic situation
• Further develop the use of business intelligence tools throughout the group
• Create decision-making materials and presentations for group management and the board
• Contribute to external financial communication (annual report, quarterly reports, investor presentations)
• Participate in improvement projects within follow-up, systems, and analysis

• Civilekonom or civilingenjör
• Approximately seven years of experience from controlling, financial analysis, or other qualified, analytical role
• Experience from Transaction Services, revision, or management consultancy is meritorious
• Experience working in a listed company environment
• Good understanding of project accounting
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience working structurally with large datasets
• Experience with financial planning, follow-up, and analysis is a requirement
• Strong system interest and good experience working with BI tools
• Ability to clearly and pedagogically present both verbally and in writing, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Analytical, curious, structured, and adept at building trusting relationships throughout the organization
