You will be an important part of the production, working practically, close to your colleagues, and helping to keep our processes running in a safe, stable, and efficient way. You will also play a central role in helping us reach our goals while following safety routines in a physically active work environment.

Jobbansvar:

Operating and monitoring equipment such as compressors, fans, conveyor belts, and pumps according to clear routines (SOPs)
Following up and evaluating equipment performance to contribute to stable operation
Registering and documenting field readings in our systems
Identifying and reporting deviations and being involved in improvement measures
Contributing to order and tidiness in the production area for a safe and efficient work environment
Supporting the maintenance team during operational stoppages or disturbances to quickly resume operations
Participating in safety work and process improvements that make the operation even better

Krav:

Interest in, or willingness to develop within, industrial production
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment or process work – experience is meritorious but not a requirement
Strong safety mindset and preferably experience working in environments with clear safety routines
Upper secondary school diploma or equivalent education within a relevant area is desirable
Good knowledge of English
Basic knowledge of Swedish is meritorious
