People & Culture Business Partner

• Support and challenge managers in recruitment, labor law, rehabilitation, salary setting, and competence development
• Drive and implement work methods and processes that strengthen the business and contribute to a sustainable work environment
• Participate in rehabilitation meetings, conduct work environment inspections, and act as a qualified sounding board in recruitment and development issues
• Administrative work requiring good data skills and accuracy
• Collaboration and dialogue with trade union parties
• Participation in various management forums

• HR experience and/or HR education
• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Retail background is an advantage
