Operational Technology Developer

We are continuing our digital journey within manufacturing and are now looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Developer to strengthen our capabilities close to the shop floor. In this role, you will work hands-on with the development, deployment, and support of applications that enable machine connectivity, industrial data collection, and stable production operations across our manufacturing sites. You will operate in a production-critical environment and work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and IT to ensure reliable and efficient digital solutions that support daily operations. Your responsibilities will range from installing and upgrading OT-related applications to troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement when issues arise. You will contribute to modern DevOps ways of working in an industrial context and help ensure that our shop floor applications are secure, stable, and fit for purpose.
