• Swedish teacher certification in the subject of mother tongue Tigrinya or other education deemed equivalent
• Good at teaching
• Good at creating good relationships in the contexts you operate
• Good administrative ability
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in your mother tongue and also in Swedish
• Driver's license and car are considered a merit
