• Plan, implement, and follow up teaching based on applicable governing documents
• Document students' development and results in written assessments and grades
• Collaborate with teachers in the work team at CFL and teachers at the schools where you teach and provide study guidance
• Provide study guidance to students in the mother tongue Tigrinya
• Actively participate in CFL's competence development

• Swedish teacher certification in the subject of Tigrinya mother tongue or other education deemed equivalent
• Good at teaching and creating good relationships
• Good administrative ability
• Ability to express oneself well in speech and writing in both mother tongue and Swedish
• Driver's license and car are seen as a merit
