In our Corporate Customers & Markets division, we work with Fortum’s largest industrial customers – a focused, high-impact B2B segment where deep engagement is essential. We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager in Solna, Sweden, to lead our digital marketing and analytics efforts and help us build a modern, data-driven marketing function from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping how we engage our customers digitally, define our analytics approach, and drive our early-stage digital transformation for the Nordic marketing team based in Helsinki and Solna. Your work will directly support Fortum’s strategy and have tangible impact on our business and sustainability goals.
Jobbansvar:
Define and implement a digital marketing strategy for our B2B segment
Lead targeted, insight-driven campaigns across digital channels by applying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles to create tailored content and outreach strategies that drive deep engagement with high-value B2B clients
Build analytics and KPI framework to measure marketing performance and use data to optimize campaigns, identify quick wins, and continuously improve results
Oversee and develop our marketing tech stack - from CRM (Dynamics 365) to marketing automation - ensuring tools are fully leveraged for segmentation and lead nurturing
Partnering closely with IT to align systems, data, and infrastructure for scalable, long-term digital growth
Contribute to broader marketing responsibilities, including multi-channel marketing communications that enhance brand visibility, lead generation and customer engagement
Krav:
7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
Experience building or transforming digital marketing programs and implementing ABM
Strong analytical mindset with experience building KPI frameworks and drawing actionable insights
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and marketing automation platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions – including with IT
Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
Complete fluency and confidence in spoken and written Swedish and English
