Konstintendent

• Plan and lead art projects
• Coordinate artists and external project managers
• Develop pedagogical work that engages both the public and participants
• Be a key person in collaboration between the municipality, civil society, and local cultural actors
• Influence how art takes place in the development of the city and countryside

• Academic degree in art history or equivalent
• Experience in art mediation and project work in a public environment
• Knowledge of contemporary art, designed living environments, and pedagogical methods
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Proactive and self-sufficient
• Flexible and structured
• Good collaborative skills
• Ability to think long-term and strategically
• Pedagogical insight to create engagement
• Valid B driver's license
• Must provide an approved extract from the police criminal records register for work with children and youth
