• Responsible for work supervision, staffing, substitute acquisition, scheduling, and overall coordination
• Responsible for purchasing food via e-commerce
• Prepare, plan, and cook good and nutritious food and special diets from scratch for small and large guests based on a planned menu in the nutrition data program Matilda
• Instruct newly hired staff, convey information to kitchen staff and to receiving operations
• Work actively with change and development of our operations
• Environmental and sustainability issues are important

• Three-year high school chef education or apprenticeship training to chef
• Documented experience from restaurant or large-scale kitchen, e.g., preschool or school
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• High quality awareness
• Ability to structure work individually and with others
• Ability to reprioritize and make decisions during unforeseen events
• Positive approach and service-oriented attitude
• Accuracy
• Ability to work with many tasks simultaneously in a changing operation

• Kitchen manager education and/or experience in staffing planning and work supervision
• Knowledge and experience of the nutrition data program Matilda and e-commerce in Agresso
