As a Junior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end for Enterprise customers in Finland, selling Advania Sweden’s offerings within ServiceNow (including CRM in ServiceNow) and Operations Technology (OT). You will work from a defined strategy and a prioritized account list set by sales leadership—and turn that into qualified pipeline and signed deals.
Jobbansvar:
Drive outreach and meeting creation with prioritized Enterprise accounts in Finland
Lead Finnish-language discovery and qualification: map current situation, needs, stakeholders, decision process, timeline and risks
Engage internal specialists at the right time and align customer dialogue, solution shaping and proposals into a coherent progression plan
Contribute to proposal preparation, handle negotiations within agreed frameworks, and drive deals to signature
Work in a structured, data-driven way in ServiceNow CRM: pipeline management, activities, follow-ups, forecasting and reporting
Share insights from the Finnish market to continuously improve how we engage and win
Krav:
Fluent Finnish (spoken and written)
A few years of documented B2B sales experience, taking opportunities through multiple stages and closing deals
Experience working with complex deals and multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, business, procurement, leadership)
Strong ability to adapt communication to audience and situation and drive conversations towards clear next steps
A structured approach to qualification and progression (needs, decision process, timeline, risks) and the discipline to follow through
High CRM discipline: documentation quality, pipeline hygiene, follow-up and forecasting (ServiceNow CRM)
Confidence in objection handling and resilience through longer enterprise sales cycles

Experience in software sales (SaaS, platform, licensing or subscription)
Exposure to ServiceNow (platform/modules) or similar platform services
Experience at the IT/OT intersection—industry, operations, production, or high-availability environments
Strong English skills for internal collaboration and coaching
