• Picking, sorting, and packaging raspberries to ensure high quality
• Care and maintenance of raspberry plants
• General greenhouse work and plant cultivation tasks
• Sorting, weeding, and preparing tree seedlings for delivery
• Various tasks related to production, cultivation, and maintenance of seedlings
• Other occasional tasks and general facility maintenance

• Icelandic or fluent spoken English
• Willingness to work both indoors (greenhouse) and outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with plants and trays continuously throughout the workday
• Ability to cooperate with others and follow instructions
• Punctuality and diligence are essential

Experience with raspberry picking or general horticulture is an advantage
