Start your IT career at Advania as an IT support technician in Servicedesk! Work with Windows, Office 365, networking & troubleshooting – in the long term also on-site with the customer. You will be a problem solver and technician with varied tasks and challenges, with the opportunity to gain deeper insight into different IT environments and find solutions to tricky IT problems.

Jobbansvar:

Receive cases from our customers' users and provide good service
Management of client computers, servers and mobile phones
Active Directory administration
Follow up and complete our users' cases with a focus on customer satisfaction
Identify and report recurring problems within Advania's support delivery

Krav:

Service-oriented and meticulous
Team player who enjoys working in a group
Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
Own interest and drive (merit)
Experience working in a Servicedesk with IT-support or technical support (merit)
Experience in service professions (merit)
Knowledge in Windows Server and Client, Apple MacOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, networking, hardware, ticket management systems (ServiceNow is a merit)
Ability to perform troubleshooting using logical thinking
Relevant education (merit)

Önskvärt:
