Are you ready to take ownership of business process and drive impact in a global premium brand? Do you enjoy improving processes, working with smart systems, and collaborating across teams to make things run smoother, faster, and better? At Lindt & Sprüngli, you will step into a key role where you will shape and optimize how we work with procurement across the Nordic business. You will be combining technology, process excellence and collaboration!

Jobbansvar:

Take full ownership of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including designing, setting up, and optimizing the P2P flow in connection with the SAP S/4HANA implementation
Improve and streamline workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and speed
Work hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and VIM to optimize invoice automation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with business and IT stakeholders
Act as a change driver, bringing people on-board with new processes and ways of working
Identify and implement automation opportunities to create smarter, more scalable processes
Follow up on KPI:s and ensure strong performance across the P2P flow
Build and develop reports and dashboards that create transparency and insights
Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Act as the link between local teams and global projects

Krav:

Degree in Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent
Experience from Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, or finance processes
Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or VIM
Solid understanding of accounts payable and financial flows
Experience in process improvements along with system development connected to IT
Strong communicator
Comfortable working with different stakeholders
Positive proactive mindset with a natural drive to improve
Fluency in English is required
