Syskonenheten arbetar för stadsdelens barn och deras familjer i både myndighetsutövning och uppföljning av beslutande insatser. Vi erbjuder stöd till barn och ungdomar och deras familjer och våra huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inom syskonenheten är att utreda och följa upp insatser för barn och ungdomar 0-18/20 år som är syskon.
Jobbansvar:
Work supervise and guide six to seven social secretaries, and when needed provide support in prioritizing work tasks
Lead case handling and follow up ongoing cases
Distribute cases in the team
Ensure that daily work functions in consultation with the unit manager
Together with the unit manager and mentors, introduce new employees
Contribute to the area's and unit's goal fulfillment
Ensure that the city's overall governing documents, guidelines, and the administration's routines are followed up/implemented in the operations and consider operational issues from an overall perspective
Be involved and together with the unit manager and mentors take responsibility for ongoing improvement work/method development
Make decisions based on the applicable delegation order
Create conditions for collaboration and cooperation both internally and externally
Krav:
Socionom degree
Multi-year and current experience from social services in the area of children and youth and its authority exercise
Good knowledge of relevant legislation and its changes as well as other regulations in the area
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
Experience in work supervision, e.g., as a group leader
Good analytical ability
Development-oriented
Ability to create new relationships and collaborate to achieve good results
Goal- and result-oriented thinking in prioritization, planning, and action
Clear in communication and follow up that your message gets through
Ability to create engagement, structure, and solution focus in a group
