• Ensure and be responsible for quality and delivery in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team
• Develop and manage existing processes, routines, and internal control
• Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives within accounting and reporting
• Independently make decisions within the framework of established policies, routines, and processes
• Collaborate with auditors and function as a competence support in accounting matters
• Participate in or lead projects related to systems, routines, and change management

• Academic education in economics or equivalent
• Solid experience in qualified accounting and reporting
• Good understanding of financial statement processes and applicable regulations
• Previous experience in a leadership role or clear potential to take the next step in leadership development
• Good system proficiency
• Experience with SAP is meritorious
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Structured and communicative
• Comfortable in leadership and collaboration
