Group Financial Controller role at Duroc AB, a listed industrial group. The role involves broad accounting and reporting for the parent and holding companies, and is a key part of the group's monthly and quarterly reporting. The role is intended to develop over time within other parts of group finance.

Jobbansvar:

Ongoing accounting in parent company and holding companies
Reporting in the group's reporting system (AARO)
Preparation of annual reports and income declarations
Analysis and quality assurance of subsidiaries' monthly reporting
Participation in group monthly closing
Contact person towards auditors and support during audit
Participation in quarterly reports and group annual reports
Ongoing dialogue and sounding board towards the group's subsidiaries
Identify improvement areas in financial processes and routines
Ad hoc projects at headquarters and towards group companies
Opportunity to participate in acquisition work, due diligence and integration projects in the future

Krav:

Academic degree in economics, finance or equivalent
Good foundation in accounting
Understanding of financial statement work
Basic knowledge of group accounting
Proficient in Excel
General interest in systems
Comfortable working in financial systems
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Experience from auditing and/or work in an international and/or listed environment is meritorious
Personal qualities: meticulous, structured, responsible, analytical, curious, self-sufficient, willing to take initiative, collaborative, communicative
