Jobbbeskrivning:

Group Business Controller for Soltech Energy's head office in central Stockholm. The group has expanded via acquisitions in recent years and is organized into four business areas, of which you will be responsible for two. You will be part of a small team with close collaboration and report to the Group CFO.

Jobbansvar:

Support respective business area manager in the budget and forecast process
Contribute with financial and operational analyses
Work towards better financial management and monitoring with clear growth and profitability focus
Actively participate in group-wide improvement projects
Assist in potential acquisition and integration projects to increase efficiency
Be responsible for budget and forecast follow-up for your business areas
Profitability analyses/project follow-up and ad hoc analyses
Propose measures and drive projects to increase efficiency and profitability in the business
Development and monitoring of KPIs to drive efficiency
Assist in acquisition and integration projects
Stay close to subsidiaries
Drive development and change projects both centrally and at the business area level

Krav:

Civilekonomexamen or equivalent
Approximately five years of relevant work experience
Background in auditing with a couple of years of line experience in Business Control
Broad and solid experience in accounting, reporting, and profitability monitoring
Experience from growth companies or businesses in transition is desirable
High communication skills
Genuine interest in contributing to strategic and financial development
Ability to shift from an overall group perspective to detailed analyses in subsidiaries
