Finance Business Partner

• Own financial planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and decision support, shaping long-term financial direction and challenging assumptions and input quality
• Ensure accurate, consistent financial reporting, analyses and management commentary with clear business relevance
• Develop dashboards and analytics to enable real-time performance insights for management and the organization
• Act as finance business partner and trusted advisor to Nordic leaders, supporting profitability and efficient resource allocation
• End-to-end controlling across Sales & Pricing, Supply Chain/Inventory, Purchasing/AP, Investments and HR, incl. cost structure analysis and follow-up on improvement actions
• Drive product costing and profitability analysis, and own working capital management (cash flow, liquidity)
• Own month/quarter/year-end close quality and compliance (IFRS/GAAP, tax), incl. accruals/provisions and audit/tax authority interface
• Own transfer pricing compliance, including intercompany pricing and local documentation
• Lead/support cross-functional initiatives incl. digitalization, automation and AI, as well as M&A evaluations
• Support and continuously improve risk management processes and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and corporate governance frameworks

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting/controlling/business partnering in an international context
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• confident in interactions with auditors and authorities
• SAP experience
• advanced Excel/Microsoft 365 skills
• Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written
• Danish is a plus
