Jobbbeskrivning:

Dialogcentrum offers needs-assessed outpatient care interventions to families with children and youth up to 18 years old residing in Borås City. The work involves creating good conditions for children and youth to grow up under safe and good circumstances. The role is part of developing social services in Borås within the assessed outpatient care at Child and Family.

Jobbansvar:

Conduct treatment assignments on behalf of social secretaries, always based on the child's needs
Conduct qualified and structured change work together with families in need of support
Work from a systems theory approach
Work in the families' home environment, in our premises, and at other relevant locations
Plan and carry out interventions with the child's needs as the guiding principle.

Krav:

Socionomexamen or other academic degree deemed equivalent by the employer
B driving license (B-körkort)
Experience in qualified treatment work aimed at children and youth is meritorious
Completion of basic Step 1 training is meritorious
Knowledge of relevant treatment methods is meritorious
Further education in e.g., systemic basic training, parenting support programs, and conversation methodology is meritorious
Experience working from a Signs of Safety approach is meritorious
Personal qualities: large commitment, professional approach, ability to meet families in vulnerable and demanding situations, enjoys collaboration, structured in work approach, experience documenting work, good communication skills in both speech and writing.
